Have you ever tried skiing with a pair of boots that just don't fit right? Have you ever skied in rental boots? Have you ever bought a boot just because a friend said it fits them great? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you more than likely had a bad skiing experience.
The most important part of skiing is the proper boot fit. Without a properly fitting boot, it is hard to enjoy your day on the slopes. At Peak Ski & Board, we understand the importance of a proper boot fit. If you come in and talk to any of our bootfitters, you will see the dedication we have to making sure all of our customers are satisfied with their boots, and leave happy. We will sit down, one-on-one with you and take time to explain to you the features and benefits of the boots as you try them on. Allow yourself a little bit of time as we prefer you try a few different brands and models and have you walk around to ensure a comfortable, snug fit. Remember every foot is different, so a boot that fits well for someone you may know, may not be the same fit for you.
As with any snowsport, socks make a difference between cold feet and warm feet, they may also affect the fit of the boot. If you do not own a ski sock, we definitely suggest purchasing a pair. If you already have your own, please bring them along when you try boots on.
